Ladybugs aren't pests, they are predators, and they are VERY good at what they do.

They are ridiculously effective. I used to work at a commercial herb greenhouse and because of the nature of the crop, we were limited in what type of pesticides we could even use, and ladybugs were the obvious choice.

This is what I keep hearing but then I've also had a number of people tell me that lady bugs can't eat mites because they are too small.

I just gave them a nice foilar spray with the incesticide soap, boy can you see the webs when you wet the entire plant...those fuckers are beginning to piss me off.

With reguards to using them late in flowering, I thought the lady bugs won't get stuck in the bud...that's what I've read just about everywhere.

In addition, they should die if they run out of food... and I plan to have these fuckers dead and dead soon. I'm also considering bombing the room, though I assume the bomb would kill the lady bugs as well as the mites?
