Look - this fan is advertised with a power cord, which it doesn't have. Return the fan and get a refund. Go to Radio Shack, they have a similar fan for $12.95 with no power cord but they can sell you a power cord and hook it up for you.
If you don't know what you are doing with the wires, you are asking for trouble.PharmaCan Reviewed by PharmaCan on . What can I use to power an ac axial fan?! Ok, I need something that I can use that doesn't have to be hooked up to a computer and can power an ac axial fan. I have an odor problem and I need to get something that works before it changes from fresh plant smell to skunky bud smell lol. I didn't know the right place to put this thread so I put it in the forum where most of the people look. I'm building a basic odor neutralizer that I seen on the forums and now all I need is something to power the fan and I can get it all set up and Rating: 5.

Never argue with an idiot - they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.
All of this is just pretend. But if I grew marijuana, it would be in strict compliance with California Law, SB420.

so just use your teeth... bite down, about 1/4 inch from the end (do each wire seperately) and pull on the cord... you only wanna bite hard enough to peirce the rubber insulation (rubber around the actual wires) the pulling will fully seperate and pull off the uneeded insulation...
