No one can say for sure if you'll pass, but I've passed a lab urine test in about the same time, same amount, same amount of time not smoking. If you're relatively skinny and have a fast metabolism, I'd be willing to bet you'll be fine.

Exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself. Run a few miles, go to the gym if that's available, do pushups, ride a bike, do whatever you can to make yourself sweat and burn fat.
