PLEASE READ I need advice

I smoked about 4 days ago, but I took 2 very small hits. Before that I hadent smoked in about 3 months or so. I have a drug test tomarrow, and I need tips on how to pass. Please help me, if I fail they could lock me up! Iv been drinking lots of water, and green tea to try and flush out my system. Please reply!

Sounds like you'll be okay, keep doing exercise and drinking water.

No one can say for sure if you'll pass, but I've passed a lab urine test in about the same time, same amount, same amount of time not smoking. If you're relatively skinny and have a fast metabolism, I'd be willing to bet you'll be fine.

Exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself. Run a few miles, go to the gym if that's available, do pushups, ride a bike, do whatever you can to make yourself sweat and burn fat.
