A Soros role in formulating national drug policy is worthy of special press attention because his pro-drug legalization campaign has been considered at odds with the vast majority of Republicans and Democrats who share the view that legalization would make the drug problem far worse.



I think he financed Moveon.org a Democratic think tank and propaganda machine. They were the ones most responsible for the anti-Bush campaign ads. Too bad they didn't prevail. If Kerry had been elected we would have been out of Iraq a long time ago. We might even have a better medical system and a few other social programs that need revamping, but it was not to be. I'm not aware of his pro MJ campaigning, but see nothing wrong with it.
