When GWB was 'told of the attack', I could tell by his facial expression that he knew - I am a people studier lol, and can usually see the subtle facial expressions that people try to hide...GWB was a bit too slow to hide his facial reactions. I know how I'd react to news like that, and it would not have been so 'reserved' as his!

I don't think that the world hates American people - I don't - but, the world aint so dumb as to believe all the shit the the US Government (the real hate figure here) would like us to.

Being taxed to the hilt, to fund stuff that we are not even aware of - or give consent to!

So, the question is: What do we do about it?

Do we just continue to sit in our little rooms, wind each other up about the way of the world, post links to conspiratury websites and get angry?
Do we sit back and say, "Oh well, there's nothing we can do about it"...and let it continue?

The gov. will say that they are 'tackling the war on drugs'...bollocks!
For every Kilo of drug that they 'seize', they let 5 Kilos pass through the gate...and of that Kilo that they seize, they just release into the public anyways.

There is an oil alternative (even if the planet's reserve is getting low - which I seriously doubt), but by telling us that oil is getting scarce, they can keep prices high. Iraq was about control of oil, absolutely no doubt whatsoever. Regime change my arse!

The government seems very inept at keeping check on their own finances. the UK gov. has nicked all the pension fund (£Billions missing), the US 'lost monies' that ShadowSmoke talked about ($Trillions missing) - why?
Because there was too much money in circulation - people were getting too rich!
Remember the 'dot.com' boom, property boom, and the so-called 'yuppie culture'?
Everything was going well for most of us - I was certainly 'richer' then than I ever have been. Yet nowadays, I struggle to make ends meet, when I'm on more money than I ever have been!

The Government (both UK and US) are banking on our complacency.
They know that people won't uprise against them, because they have instilled so much complacency within us.
