Sorry Granger01. It isn't bs, but I'm not going to debate it with you. This experience made me quite happy, and there's nothing anyone can say to detract from that.

Sweetie, were there any seeds in his stash? Much of the pot back then was seeded. And we smoked the leaves as well as the buds. Pot is remarkably resilient. I managed to find my jar of seeds from 20 years ago and 4 managed to sprout (2 males , 2 females). They were nothing special, sadly, just so-so, but it was fun to grow them out. It would be awesome if there were some seeds, considering the emotional connection. Enjoy your memories!- Granny:hippy:

I wish I could smoke at his grave in memoriam. My uncle was cremated so that isn't possible. I could however go and smoke at the waterfall about fifteen miles from here. That's where we scattered his ashes. I haven't smoked any more of it besides those two bowls. I'm going to smoke a joint of it June 12th (the anniversary of his death) and save the rest for posterity. I hope a joint will work. Like I said, this stuff is super dry. It may burn too fast.
Pics will be coming soon everyone, just waiting for my mother to bring back my camera. She drags her feet something awful sometimes. No worries, there will be pics. I tried using my camera phone, but can't get a clear shot. Stupid 1.5 megapixel camera phone. Yeah Storm Crow the amount of leaves with the bud surprised me actually. And the bud isn't tight like it is today. Very fluffly, and no signs of trichomes either. Would you say the lack of potency is from age, or just overall low quality?
I counted nine seeds which I saved. I was going to post to the grow section asking if anyone thought they might still be viable. I know three of them would probably not germinate because they are small, kind of flat, and yellow/white. The rest are nice and big, light tan in color with darker brown markings. It would be awesome if I could germinate those and actually get a couple of seedlings to sprout. I'm considering making an attempt.
IF they did sprout and I could coax them into growing, even if the yield and quality weren't so great it would still be a worthwhile endeavor in my opinion. What do you think? Should I give it a go?

It's a crappy picture, but I decided to go ahead and post the pic I got with my camera phone. Hopefully my mother will drop my good camera off to me after she gets off work this evening.
EDIT: PS) If any of you have a motorola razor, can you tell me how to change the camera settings so it will take pictures larger than a thumbnail?
