Mine's a gas stove, so it might differ, but it works wonderfully with mine. If not, light something on fire (candle?) with the stove and try it that way.

Invite a friend over to blaze, and tell them to bring a fucking lighter.
Otherwise, anything you have that creates heat will do, and start looking for candles so once you get a flame started you can keep it goin.

dude, stick 2 dollars in your pocket, go up to the counter, attempt to buy a lighter, if they say no, move on to another one.... i can almost definately garuntee within 4 stores you'll have a lighter...

of the suggestions mentioned, i would suggest a stove or trying to buy/steal a lighter.
even if your stove isn't gas, heat it up till its red hot, and put the end of the joint near it. should work fine.
that or just go to all of the gas stations in your area. i can't imagine someone being like. "okay that's one lighter taht'll be.... wait... how old are you?"
