What happens in your home when you get caught smoking ganja by police?

Last time i had cops come round i'd just finsihed smoking an few joints, and had a 1/4 oz on my table. They saw it, picked it up, smelled it and put it back. If it's in your own house in the UK and it's 1/4 or under they normally wont even confiscate it, if it's anymore you'll probably get a fine at the very very most. Even if it's more than an oz you'd only get a suspened sentence, so it's pretty safe in England. But if they knock you havnt got to let them in - and they cant search. They'd have to get a search warrant and by then you could smoke it all or get rid of it.

they even took our stash and say they were going to smoke it. Assholes.

my room mate was arrested with a few grams in his pocket. they didnt find it till they got back to the station but the cops started criticizing the quality of his pot and talking about how they only smoke "the best shit in new haven".

I always thought of colombia as being a a huge jungle that's run by drug cartels and has a bunch of villages. I also wasn't aware that any one cared.

No wonder you have that thought seeing as how the only news you must hear are drug related and all. We don't have the best public image. I guess when people hear Colombia they think about coffee and drugs or something.

Lol I can actually believe that, I have a friend who is biploar. The cops came round her house, she was stoned and theyve said to her they would rather deal with stoners than pissheads.

The cops i dealt with we're pretty cool with it - when i got back to the holding bit before being booked in by the lazy ass custody sgt i was talking to one of the cops for just over an hour about it. He agreed with nearly everything i said [which was a real surprise]

He said most cops dont want to deal with people smoking something - he said himself its a waste of their time, court time and money.

I supose that changed my view of cops - but the problem is you dont know if they're pricks or not, so i treat them as pricks untill i know what's going on.
