i believe you would have to be 18 too....atleast in texas it's illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to own tobacco or tobacco products, including pipes. if you're under 18 check the local laws...and if they give youany shit and your 18 or above tell them fuck you, i have idea and that pipe is a present for my dad, or for your own baccy use....
