A general, all-round kinda FAQ

Meh, we've all seen the same questions posted repeatedly, over and over again.. Stuff like "how do I find the thread I posted?", "how do I add an avatar/sig", etc. I was wondering if I could get the permission of the mods and admins to make a general kind of FAQ help thread, with all of these questions answered and a few simple tutorials (like adding an image, using the UserCP, adding sigs/profiles/avatars, etc). I don't know why I got the urge to do this, but I'd like to, so, can I, please, huh, huh, please, can I?

yea like at the moment new members have to agrre to the rules so make them agree to read the FAQ too.

also i propose we change the word FAQ to FAG just for a gag
