or just get a sonicare toothbrush, they cost like $120 for a sweet one, but there the best thing invented. Haven't had one cavity and I got pearly whites! Just my two cents. Reb Girl, how do you use Baking soda and Peroxide? You just put it into your mouth or what?

I use it as a rinse after I eat something thats high in acidity. I wouldnt brush with baking soda as it may be to rough for your teeth. The peroxide is good though, read the back it says you can use it just as a mouth wash.

ok this may sound a little odd...but drink it through a straw if possible....

....or you could try taking your caffeine intravenously, like i do. nothing like firing up a double espresso to put a kick in your morning. i wouldn't suggest trying it with iced coffee, even crushed ice requires such a huge needle that the scars never go away.
