Kinda New to This Need Serious Help

I have some major issues guys. These are my babies. Im new to this. I planted all of the seeds in one huge pot. There all growing and all by natural sunlight. I have no special equipment no testers,no lamps,no ph testers. Just a really basic setup.Thats all. This is what they look like. From what you guys can see here. What do you think so far???? What should I try diffrent? Im thinking about going and buying some type of lighting.. but WHAT KIND? What do I need to help me here? Can anyone help me at all?
