Oklahoma has a "Make My Day Law" where if someone enters your property( be it house, car, or anthing else) without your permision and they do not leave when asked you have the right to kill them.

I don't know if anyone has tried it sence the law was passed in 2000? so I don't know if it would hold up in court.
