shoot anybody that enters your property without your permission,,you have the right to protect you and your property,,weed thieves,,what a piece of shit,,we work all these plants,,comes along little johhny weed thief,,fucking pricks,,,after you shoot em,,go pull your plants if not all gone by now,,,,because if they are scoping you out,,only means one thing,,pot is ready,,we have 3 wks to worry bout thieves,the last 3 weeks are the hardest,,protecting your crop,,so you can enjoy your crop,,i slept with my grow the last 3 weeks of harvest,,,,,,i pitched a tent in my back yard,,and well,just outrite used my right to bear arms in case of attack,,i slept with my guns at night in my own backyard,,,,,and a crossbow as well,,i also had trip flares around my grow,,,,(former marine),,protection,,,,Jack

my buddy made the jay leno show,,cuz he called the cops on a thieve he cought,,he was a legal grower like me,,the cops took all of his shit,,plants ,,light,weed,,he won in court,,but lost everything as in plants had to be taken,,cops had to return all of his books and scales,he said he uses scales to measure his fish food,,the judge went for it,,Jack

You don't have the right to shoot people on your lawn. You can only shoot at someone when they are a direct threat to you. You do not have the right to use deadly force to protect your property. It's called the castle docrine law. That means you can't shoot someone who is running away or outside even if they do have property of yours. If you own a firearm, then you should be a responsible person. You know you can still be locked up for breaking a law you didn't know about.

Oklahoma has a "Make My Day Law" where if someone enters your property( be it house, car, or anthing else) without your permision and they do not leave when asked you have the right to kill them.

I don't know if anyone has tried it sence the law was passed in 2000? so I don't know if it would hold up in court.

id suspect it was someone who knew you were growing them such as a friend, because people dont randomly go through other peoples yards hoping to find some weed plants. Ask your friends and ask if they told anyone about them. You can be sneaky about seeing if they stole them like snoop around their house when ur overthere or if they have a couple ounces suddenly id be suspicious.

if so i remember seeing a huge thing on the news about a older guy being arrested for growing , had a huge farm with a shit load of weed all over , he was telling news crews he was all legal as the cops were draggin him off
