sorry,,but you need to read the constatution and the calif laws,,i have the right to protect my home in case of invasion,,no matter it be directly at me or my members of my household,,my neighbor shot a speed freek trying to steal his speed ,,he shot him before he even entered house,,go read some laws ,put a fucking hole is his stupid thief ass,and they new each other,,nothing happened to the shooter,,,,the thief is in prison ,,he had a knife,,he was high on dope,,our streets were cornered off 4 8 hrs,,investagating,,now he uses help to breath and is in the hoosgow,,,,enter my property and without my permission,,comeing at a member or heading in and around a house at night,,what about my litle kids,i will shoot someone if i catch them in or on my prop at night or even if i come home and find someone in my house,,i wont call cops,,ill go check on my kids,grab my gun,,and hunt the thief down,,shoot em,,then call 911,,
