but i think potency of delivry is still a very unresearched, grey area.

personally, in order of strength i feel

steam rollers
bongs
gravity bongs (including lungs)
blunts
hotknives
joints
pipes (including bubblers and sherlocks)

i haven't messed with cooking or vaporization much so i can't place them on the scale....

the only factual evidence relating to any of this i've seen so far (meaning actually had experimentation done on said subject) was tar intake.... in which suprisingly, water bongs failed miserably (when that's supposed to be what they excell at) it stated water bongs actually had the highest (or nearly highest) tar-thc intake... since the thc stuck to the tar that the water filtered out.. (resin in pipes getting you high anyone?)

yeah blunts get u fucked up cuz of the tobbaco and the weed but a nice bong with alittle water and the rest crushed up with a bowl of finly ground good herb will make ya black out from a good hit i love me a blunt time to smoke tho :stoned:

to me yeah... i ain't never hit anything stronger then the few steam rollers i've hit (i must say tho, the steam rollers i hit aren't those 8 inch roor POS you find on EDIT... they're homemade, and built/tweaked to choke you... that is their purpose after all... it's why they have th ename steam roller... it's meant to just roll/trample over your ass and leave you in a foggy haze.... before i shortened the one i had it was unclearable... everyone thought they could do it, they couldn't... i'ts not about the size so much... smoke concentration plays alot into it... we're talking past milky white bong smoke here...

the filtration i mentioned tho, along with the shortening of it, it has become clearable... you ain't gonna hold it too long, but you can get it cleared...

how would you make the smoke more concentrated? im quessing short and fat?

i'll see if i can find one, any i'd have would be the shortened version (the old version was so long you could barely put your hand over the end and hit it... which is why i shortened it... smoking out of it alone was uncomfterable...)

i'm not sure of the scientifics of how it works... but my recipe for super concentration, is having a bowl with a very small hole in the bowl (i use a bowl you buy from headshops, they have a nice small hole) where as the body (or chamber) is relatively big... the length plays a part too... i mean you got a 12 inch bong, it fills up faster, so you tend to carb it sooner...

with my steam roller (or any i've hit) they're long as hell, but not as big around as a bong.. you'd think that'd just translate to the same thing... it's skinnier, but longer.. so it has the same relative chamber size...

but what actually happens with longer skinnier tubes, is that smoke circulates down there by the bowl, instead of heading straight to your mouth... it circulates around and around, and fills up thicker... i'ts kinda hard to picture, but picture a screw, about 2 inches in diameter.. instead of the smoke just heading straight down the length fo hte screw, it follows the threads, and spirals, giving it even more time to build up density/thickness.... then you let go of the 'carb' (the end) and it all goes blow straight in your lungs...
