A great way to start the morning:

1) Get up at around 6am
2) Do about 30 minutes of meditation
3) Practice some stretches, do a few crunches
4) Smoke a cone joint while watching the sunrise
5) Go for a nice walk/jog in the mornin' mist

It's a great, refreshing thing to do!
