how to add reputation

hey..... i read the Sticky about the reputation system and it says that there is a reputation button that says approve or dissaprove under someones avator and personal information... i dont know why but it doesnt show up on my computer... is there any other way to give someone reputation?

1) Thou shalt not have a signature until 50 posts and 2 weeks account activation.

2) Thou shalt not post pics until 50 posts and 2 weeks account activation.

3) Thou shalt not give rep until 50 posts and 2 weeks account activation.

4) Thou shall notice when thee is blessed by a + sign along side "registered".

The rep thread that Skink was nice enough to post gives all the ins and outs of the reputation system and is really good thing to have on its own. We'll see how this works out........LOL, as if we don't already know.....I mean who the hell reads the stickys, right?:stoned:
