I need some advice on a girl

So theres this girl that i work with that i really like and im pretty sure she likes me and she makes it pretty obvious like the other day at work wen i was checking food orders and shit she would walk up right behind me and like lean over my shoulder and her titties would be rubbin on me and i would turn around and look at her and she would just smile and she would keep tryin to touch me i talk to her a lot at work and she knows i smoke and shit cause the first time i met her i was high as shit at work and she was jokingly calling me a pothead one day then she was like jk cause she said she has done it a couple of times b4 but anyways she goes to another school in my county and i see her like 2 or 3 times a week depending on the schedule at work i dont know if she has a bf or not

what should i do like ask her to hang out.... tell her that i like her or just wait and see how things play out
