I need some advice on a girl

So theres this girl that i work with that i really like and im pretty sure she likes me and she makes it pretty obvious like the other day at work wen i was checking food orders and shit she would walk up right behind me and like lean over my shoulder and her titties would be rubbin on me and i would turn around and look at her and she would just smile and she would keep tryin to touch me i talk to her a lot at work and she knows i smoke and shit cause the first time i met her i was high as shit at work and she was jokingly calling me a pothead one day then she was like jk cause she said she has done it a couple of times b4 but anyways she goes to another school in my county and i see her like 2 or 3 times a week depending on the schedule at work i dont know if she has a bf or not

what should i do like ask her to hang out.... tell her that i like her or just wait and see how things play out

ask her whats up?? cuz what shes doing is giving you an open door .. shes teasing you without words just expressions and body movements i do it all the time at work lol.. so you need to leap before someone else does.. but if she likes you she will get frustrated and start to become more aggressive with you.. if you let it get to that point then ur blind as hell.. i mean come on what the worst that can happen she will say no? .. but i doubt it if shes playing with you like that..good luck
