Received more clones... these ones are taller...how do I even em out?

If you havent been keeping up, I received sixty Da Purp clones from a friend about five days ago... lost fifteeen of em immediately due to root problems. The guy who gave em to me was nice enough to give me fifteen new ones...and they arrived last night. They are alot taller and mature than the first batch.

They are pretty much ready to be topped, and flowered shortly there after. The thing is, the tall ones I was given, do not have leaf structures for about 4-5 inches up the plant, and little clip marks on em - homeboy was taking clones of clones... and I am assuming I was given some clones from the bottom of the taller ones (generally slower starters, grow alot slower, root slower etc)

So my question...I now have fifteen mature clones, probably almost ready to be flowered..that will most likely grow pretty quickly... and then I have 45 little ones, that are in some cases from the bottom of their mother and will grow slower. What do ya guys reccomend? I wanted to top all of these eventually as I haven't topped in the past and would like to see the results.

So the side shoots that you would normally have had available to train into nice lil bushes have already been harvested for cuts...
Dude I'm sorry but I hope you don't mind me saying he's a dirtbag.
The way I see it, if I'm going to pay for, or sell, a clone, it will be:

-fully rooted
-showing both vertical AND secondary growth
-free of pests (not too hard, this guy could have stuck them in his bathroom and set off a Raid bomb, costing himself only about $2 and loss of use of his loo for 4 hours)
-truly in veg mode- no clones cut off flowering females; I'm not wasting space in MY veg room waiting for something to reveg!!!!

I don't care if someone wanted to charge me five bucks, that's what I expect. Can't deliver? Can't deal.

To his defence, he did not take clones off of flowering plants... he took cuttings from clones that were vegging in order to get more clones. This guy doesn't grow herb, he just grows clones for various people around this area so this is his money making system... obviously he is trying to maximize that profit - which yes, is bullshit and much less comforting than getting clones from a buddy with both vertical and secondary growth.

The thing about the tall ones, they are PACKED with leaves, super tight nodes... I am thinking he maybe was training them? But yeah, you can clearly tell he took cuts off the bottom of these taller ones, to make more clones. I have read about people doing that on this website as well, is it generally a shunned upon practice stinky?

In all honesty, I am not too worked up about this because my main source of clones can not give me really any for a little while... and I figured screw it I'll take what I can get for now.

My diesel came out absolutely wonderful last night, I do not expect as good of herb this time, or even as big of a yield... though I could be incorrect. I have been told this strain comes out looking mighty nice...so I guess it's a wait and see type of thing.

Any advice on how to even them out stinky?

P.S I am a medical patient and could have gone to the club around here, but I have been hearing messed up stories like the one we are currently talking about coming from those types of places as well. So, I figured I'd go with a friend of a friend. Who knows, the herb could turn out WONDERFUL.. and in all reality, I was given about 75 clones total (fifteen died, he replaced em) for 500 bucks. Not the worst deal in the world if things turn out good. We shall see.
