Newbie problems please help asap

Sprouts much taller today, those two straightened all the way out and have grown over an inch today. Guess i did something right lol, no transplant shock at all either, besides the one it died, New seed in germination and its almost ready, can i just use the same pot i had the sprout that died? I mean it wasnt in there long so shouldnt the soil and all be ok.

ABout a week ago i bough an o' and saved the seeds out of it (not sure what exactly it was but high resmebled headies). So i used the paper towel method and got about 4 to get little roots coming out of them. When they were about 1/2in i transplanted them into a large bin that is about 6" deep.
