I would suggest that you do your buying during major holidays. More mail goes through the PO lessening your chances of getting caught. Mother's Day is coming up and lots of folks are going to send Mom a card. Use a reputable company. Don't use a credit card, use an international money order (I believe Walmart sells them as well as the PO.) Be sure to put the proper amount of postage on your order, not just a 39 cent stamp.
