Tell yourself a few things like the following before bed each night:
everday is a new day.
i experience great things everyday.
Everday, I try to talk and/or interact with my beautiful surroundings,
including the women I see.
Talking to women comes naturally, and they love me.

Every Morning say the following:
Everyday is different and exciting in its own way.
I intend to make the most of my day and feel the bliss in all the interactions I make.
Everyday I am grateful for the special women I see, and when I see them, I will ask them out.
