Erm, im not sure that's racist, although it made me raise my eyebrow like yourself. I think it's wrong of the to assume, ANYONE could be doing, anywhere in the world. Maybe they've only caught people in china and korea doing it blah blah blah, but really, they should have specified any of that.

If they are being made to do this - i'd assume there will be alot of people in a small space doing the same thing day in day out being paid hardly anything - i could see why they'd call it a sweatshop.

So in answer to your question, no, i dont think it's racist, just not necessary.
