I thought the same thing. Even if weed got you tripping - you wouldnt be able to trip THAT hard from it - THC just isnt capable of producing visuals completely out of nowhere - it has to be something that's actually there - and lets face it, there wasnt anyone else there.

the guy in the buisness suit turned out to be my neighbor's husband.
they grow and smoke also.
he was walking his dog on the trail that is right by the woods I was in.

and when I was walking out of the woods. I had thought he ran off.
but the next day in the afternoon he said he just went home another way than I did.

he said he though that since I was able to walk out of the woods than I was fine enough to go home and sleep it off.

well I did sleep it off and then the next day I was fine agen.
