im glad ive never heard of this comcast, it doesnt sound too popular with the consumers.

i have good ol' cox. since i can remember. i can remember being a tiny kid and having a little cheesy cable box.

yeah i got cox back home and it is the shit. a lil more exspensive than comcast but WAY worth it.

i have all sorts of cox. the internet, tv, and phone is cox. whole kit n kaboodle and all that jazz.

its nice. i have an awesome computer so my internet is covered, and my tv rules, even if i barely watch it. i just like movies and have a giant collection.

comcast fuckin sucks!!!not only does their product suck, our internet (and everyone we know that has comcast) just randomly stops working for awhile then will turn back on but their service sucks too.

I've never had problems with our Comcast internet. Once it got working that is. We have a wireless setup in our house and when we first got set up with Comcast they made a big deal about how they should do the installation because wireless was so tricky. I said WTF, but once it was set up I couldn't play some of my online games. I figured it was some firewall in their router and called them up. I spent an hour on the phone with the guy but couldn;t get it working so they said they'd send someone out. Fine, just get it working.

The next day the guy shows up and is totally clueless. I knew a hell of a lot more than he did and I don't know that much. Why the hell send him at all? The guy was barely qualified to do a basic installation, certainly not solve a tech issue. He spent two hours, mostly on the phone talking to someone who had a little bit of a clue and couldn't figure anythnig out. Finally some other guy who ahppened to be in the area came by and told me that it probably would never work. Comcast routers suck and they put their own firewalls in that can't be gotten around. He said just switch it to a standard cable modem then go by my own wireless router. That worked perfectly and saved me $180. So, I figure they have at least one good employee.

That pretty much sums up Comcast. When I had comcast my internet always had problems. It would go down for absolutely no reasons sometimes days at a time. Only reason I didn't get so irritated was I was able to access a neighbors The technicians were clueless. One even changed the wiring of the cable. Didn't do anything, most of them don't even seem qualified. I had 5 techs to come to the house before I said fuck them.

Best thing ever did was getting rid of Comcast. FiOS whoops Comcast's ass.

Comcast around here is pretty good... Our phone company will never put fiber cables in so FIOS is out... I can get DSL also but Comcast has proven to be better...

time warner for me.. never had a single problem with it either... first we had cable internet, then months later we got cable tv..

Well fuck you guys, comcast is the shit. Ive had it for years and havent had any problems. Xbox live, our phone service, our internet. Everything. Theyve been the most helpfull of them too unlike Microsoft products (MmHmm) my xbox360 and their stupid ass indian-american "technicians"

Just 2 days ago my cable went out... I called 1800-comcast and the person actually called my neighbors to see if it was out there too... the comcast truck was here 15 minutes later and we were back up 10 mins after that... so try and tell me Comcast service is bad,,,you can't...
