That pretty much sums up Comcast. When I had comcast my internet always had problems. It would go down for absolutely no reasons sometimes days at a time. Only reason I didn't get so irritated was I was able to access a neighbors The technicians were clueless. One even changed the wiring of the cable. Didn't do anything, most of them don't even seem qualified. I had 5 techs to come to the house before I said fuck them.

Best thing ever did was getting rid of Comcast. FiOS whoops Comcast's ass.

Story: I recently moved into an apartment with my girlfriend, we hook up what I thought was the antannae for basic TV channels and lo and behold, we get free cable! Cool. SO I figure we can definitely get cable internet, and I figure if they discover the free cable and disconnect it but i get internet (much more important to me) than that will be ok.
