If they gave him a 6 month sentance to do on weekends how long would he have to deal with it going on weekends? 22 months every weekend??

Or am i totally wrong ive never heard the option of weekend sentances

Yeah it's a lot of weekend,but if I go in on a friday night and leave on a sunday morning it counts for 3 days... also I live alone so I need to take care of business on the outside like sell my house and stuff...

Damn Skink... yeah I found myself in same situation years back, pulled a some crazy crap out of my ass... First I sold my car and got a lawyer, then I told em I had a drinking problem (yeah wife worked at a bar, free drinks is a problem!) got sentenced to rehab which they gave me x amount of days to check myself into, called a hospital and got in free on charity care, spent a week and a half there before they kicked me out ( I have no respect for crackheads) Well that was the end of that part, next.. I have two pending community service sentences so I go to CEP court and get sent to S.L.A.P. for the first charge, other charge is put on back burner until the earlier sentence is fulfilled, 6 months later I am finished, but now I have left the county. I request to be transfered to Hudson county, this takes like 20 visits to community service offices, until which time they schedule me for CEP court again and inform me of a wrong date, which I of course attend only to find I am in the wrong court..

Several months later and 4 municipal court dates passes with the probation officer failing to report to court I am sentenced to 20 days in county when this asshole finally shows up and says send me to jail I missed one court date!... I get handcuffed and pulled into holding, only moments later to be called back into the room and have my 20 days reduced to 20 days in S.L.A.P.

Turns out the court clerk, who months before had witnessed me flipping out when I thought we were in private about the situation stepped in on my behalf and saved me!!

Best of luck Skink I did 6 moths myself a few years ago and just
Finished a 45 day stint a day ago. Jail is always a bitch.

Weekends wont be that bad but it will take you forever to finish
your sentence. If you don't mind becoming a mule you could make
a fortune in jail. I seen work release and weekends making
all kinds of money in jail; pinners went for $10 and you could make
about 30 pinners out of an 8th and if its a tobacco free jail you
could make all kinds of money from that probably enough to pay your
fines. LOL you would have to shove that shit up your ass to get it
in though.

Josh the short story... I got drunk at a local bar,,, I went in my truck and turned on the radio and went to sleep... A local cop that is new and being a dick to everyone in town taps on my window and gives me a DUI...

just to let you know what kind of cop this is... I got a knock on my door one night last year and it was him,,, he asked me for my license and told me to lower my music,,,mind you this is my house,,,all my neighbors like me and did not call the police... I obliged and shut the music off... 1 week later I get a complaint in the mail for disturbing the peace... the cop signed the complaint,,, No neighbors did,,,cost me 135$...

I now find out that I am not his only victim,,,this asshole is targeting people and making their lives miserable in town... he is the reason I can't grow or keep pot here because he parks in the lot next door and watches me sometimes for like an hour... I can't wait to leave this place,,,this prick ruined my life and my business,,,I can no longer drive my van and work...
