cloning cloning cloning...?!

ok so if i take a bunch of clones right and let them root.. then put them under t5 floro's for a week with week 1 veg nutes... can i then send them straight to flowering while they are still nice an small or is taht a dumb idea? and if i do do it can i give them week1 flowering nutes or is that gona not work? im trying to get my clones into budding as fast as possible kuz i like having small plants bc my last crop i let them veg out big and i didnt like it. id rather have a bunch fo small ones.. so whats the quickest way to get them from cloning to flowering? they're goin to be going under 1000 watt hps for flowering.. so i was figuring from rooting, to the t5 flor's for a week with week1 nutes then to the 1000 watt hps with week1 bloom nutes.. will it work?

what you're describing is basically a sea of green approach; since clones are already mature, just like haze said, as soon as they root you can flower if you like

Yes you can , as soon as they root.
Always remember that the federal law is 99 plants.
THEY DO COUNT A LEAF !!! WITH A ROOT. I know they do as I had 97 plants, when they pull them if they have a root , ITS A PLANT.
So use lots of caution keep the number under 99.
I found it best to go with a mom , 32 clones, 32 grow , 32 bloomers.
