If you like movies that fucks with your head, check out some of David Lynch's film, Mulholland Dr, Lost Highway, & Twin Peaks a good start... Some other good mind fuck flicks are Gozu, Ichi the killer, Donnie Darko, Cube, The EYE, Tale of Two Sisters, Butterfly Effect, High Tension, Decent, Class of 1984... Those are some of my favorite.
