To Capture Al-Zawahiri
To capture Al-Zawahiri, the one behind many of the the decapitation, and bombings in Iraq...Couldnt we implant some tracking devices in some people (volunteers) who would then go out there and try to get captured? I know even if they found him and destroyed his bases there would still be more. You would think though that the terrorist would start to lose hope once their figureheads were destroyed...one after another.
