i pretty much understand how it works, but im just wondering:

in my control panel i see recent rep points ive recieved
what does a gray square mean??? is it bad or is it neutral

is there a way to see every rep point ive recieved, not just recent ones?

You get a grey rep square if the person who repped you has not been here long enough for their own rep to carry weight.
