We Americans can buy a condo there and get perm residence visa with a condo purchase... Give me some names of decent town/cities to start looking for a condo... I don't want like a hi rise in Manila,,,more like a townhouse or apartment condo with civilazation and stores around... whats it like if I get caught with pot or growing it being a US national???
