I don't know how every state does it, but here in PA im pretty sure its possible to get a DUI because you are high. Its a pretty sketchy situation though and cops will probably only do it if they are assholes or they think you were serisously disabled enough to give it to you. Its hard to prove and its gotta be a lot of paper work....so as long as you don't drive like an idiot you should be fine

I mean a light high is easy to hide but I'm worried about driving completely stoned when it's kind of obvious lol.
