Its illegal to be under the influence while operating a motor vechile so something can be done but most of the time nothing is unless the smell it which gives them probable cause to search your vechile.

DUI stands for driving under the influence, so most states, they can field test u, and if u fail they can take u in, and test u and wat not...

Is it possible to get a DUI for being pulled over high? I mean a light high is easy to hide but I'm worried about driving completely stoned when it's kind of obvious lol. I think most people think it's OK to be high if you have no paraphernalia or bud on you..?

i got a DUI for being high and driving 3 years ago. was the first in my county to be tried for it. fuggin cops dragged my ass to the hospital to drew 2 vials of blood out of my arm while i was fuggin ripped outta my mind. i almost passed out

FUCK that. Its kind of hard to prove wether or not youre high, I dont know of any field tests for it besides wether or not you can cross your eyes.. Which seems like a load of bullshit in itsself.

If you can pass the field sobriety test then you ok. If your too stoned and fai then you recieve DUI.

Fucks sake, no wonder the cannabis laws ain't changing; people driving whilst heavily ripped. It affects you, and just because you are chilled out, doesn't mean that you are super-human and are immune to car accidents. Getting pulled over when high should be a 2 yr ban, suspended sentance and a high fine. Don't forget, its not just your life you are putting in danger, it's everyone elses too.

Fucking grow up and act more responsibly. If you cannot see straight, chances are you will not be driving straight.

I think you're dissing people who roll stoned a little too hard. I don't know about you but I can still see straight when I'm stoned. If you are a good driver and you have some experience smoking weed so you know how it affects you, I see no problem driving stoned. Some people might disagree but it isn't as dangerous as a lot of people make it out to be and I personally find it to be fun.

I remember one day it was raining incredibly hard and I was driving stoned. It felt like I was driving a boat there was so much water. A lot of fun can come out of crusin while high.
