my opinion is yes 24X7. Also, two holes is not enough vent without an intake and outlet fan.

Ok i have a setup and i was wondering, I have my plants in a pretty closed area there is only about 2 good size holes for my plants to get fresh air should i leave a fan in there running 24/7??
