    Will these lights work?

Alright, so i have a bearded dragon, and he relies on a UVB producing fluorescent light bulb. I started my plant off in his tank and it took to the light very well and imediatley rose up out of the dirt and sprouted very nice starter leaves. The leaves just kept getting fatter and greener, now the little sproutling is a 6 and a half in. plant on its first day outside. but when my friends house gets done being fixed from a recent fire, we were gonna purchase another UVB bulb and use it to grow in his closet. If i just follow the time cycles will it grow and fruit? Heres a link to show some facts on the bulbs.

Ive never read about anyone who just use uvb producing bulbs to grow with , but I have read reports and forums about people who have used uvb bulbs during flowering as a source of uvb . The therory is that uvb light (the same kinda light that causes suburns in humans) causes the plant to produce more tricomes to act as a sorta plant sunscreen against the uvb light. Which makes the plants more potent. There is actaully some evidence that this could be true
studies where areas of high uvb light have had more thc content in the cannabis. Im actually considering adding two 48" 7% uvb producing floros to my grow during flower. Just my 2-cent.
