    personally, i think this is a poor way to plan a grow; this sort of calculation doesn't make sense on a number of levels, to greatest being that the lights surely will be lower than the ceiling

    the real question is simple and three-fold

    1. how much electricity are you willing to use?
    2. how much do you want to grow?
    3. how well can you ventilate?


    also, i'd highly reccommend cloning and having a seperate veg room

    how many lights ?

    i'm gonna make another guess and say you have no ventialtion at all? yes? you can't be busting out HID's without serious ventilation
