Basically what I did was...

1. Mix in about 2 spoons of Nestle Milo Chocolate mix into a cup of milk
2. Put the cup of milk inside the microwave. I warmed it up for about 2-3 mins
3. Put in a tablespoon worth weed (powder worth)
4. Stir and and let it rest for awhile

Drink finally. I like to watch the stem coming out from the cup. I should experience the effects later on during the day. peace

PS: the nestle milo has about 12% of fat if prepared. Along with the milk, I think the effects should be pretty good. I wonder if anyone has done this method.
