I'm having trouble repping some people twice. I understand there is a waiting period so that you don't sit there and rep someone over and over but ths seems likea long wait to me. I've had some people rep me twice over a time period and I STILL can't rep them back. I can rep people I haven't done before....but not someone I've already repped. How often is it between reps and how come they get me twice....and I can't get them back.
