Think about all of the things that you enjoy that you haven't done in a while. Keep yourself busy and most importantly, entertained!

If you don't want to think about smoking, you're going to have to fill your time up with things that are equally as satisfying as smoking or you'll never stick with it. It's like being on a restrictive diet plan. If you take away the things that you enjoy without filling the void with something else, you'll fall off the waggon.

Ive been smoking way to long..and i love it.. But its becoming a huge distraction. thats all i think about and spend most of my time & money on.. i have decided that i want to smoke once every 2- 3 months. and not be a regular any more. what But all that happens is i crave it more and more.. i went 2 weeks and it felt like a year. any suggestions to overcome this?:hippy: Rating: 5
