Think about all of the things that you enjoy that you haven't done in a while. Keep yourself busy and most importantly, entertained!

If you don't want to think about smoking, you're going to have to fill your time up with things that are equally as satisfying as smoking or you'll never stick with it. It's like being on a restrictive diet plan. If you take away the things that you enjoy without filling the void with something else, you'll fall off the waggon.
