The operative word is "or". It is not "and". I grow no more than a total of 11 plants at any time (for me and the hubby, both med users). It would be nice to have 24 plants, but I'm a bit paranoid and distrustful of my local government. I've never been busted, I keep a very low profile (no card) and by keeping below our 12 "mature" plant limit, there is no way I will be busted for growing too many plants. In my area, they are busting over-enthusiastic medical growers. Granny's advice is to grow no more than 6 plants, and treat it like it was still illegal- don't tell anyone!- Granny:hippy:
Storm Crow Reviewed by Storm Crow on . mature and immature plants under sb420 maintaining six or fewer mature or 12 or fewer immature marijuana plants per person with an identification card. does mature mean flowering? can i have 6 flowering plants, and 12 vegging? or can i only have 12 total? i'm a bit confused i don't expect to grow that much; i'd like to have 3 plants flowering, 2 mothers, and 3-4 clones.
