i would be concerned that even if you were protected, they could find some othereason to evict you, but actually, i don't think that you have any protection; i think they can evict you if they want; i'm not nearly positive though

I know this may vary from state to state, but living in California I am hoping someone out there can answer this to me. I am renting the place I live, and like most rentals they have an anti-drug enforcement program. What I can't find out is if this applies to California legal medical marijuana users. I have read the actual prop 215 law, and I can't find anything that touches on this subject so I worry I wouldn't be protected if my landlord found out I was using marijuana. I wouldn't want Rating: 5
