Keep in mind that spring is here and all of us folks who have SAD (Seasonally Affected Disorder) should be breaking out of it pretty soon.

In the meantime... SMOKE a doobie. GO outside for a walk in the park. LOOK at the beauty around you! DO something nice for someone- hold open a door, give a compliment, or other little stuff like that. Make an effort to SMILE and stand up straight (not standing at attention, but like you have a right to be here- which you do!). Make sure you have a good DIET- lots of fresh fruits and veggies (dump the junk food!) and start taking B vitamins and fish oils (both help fight depression). May you have a good day. - Granny:hippy:
