MMJ and Firearms ownership
does anyone know what the legal status would be in CA regarding a legal gun owner obtaining a mmj license for a medical condition?
Im guessing maybe local or state police will not arrest you as long as your not say drug dealing or anything, just using it for personal med use.
But as far as federal L.E. Agencies will consider you to be breaking the law and thus press charges?
