Thanks Stinky for the reply i have gotten a PH kit and my tap water was 8.0, i have shifted the PH i`m using now with a little vinegar,!

Do you know what your runoff pH is, or your soil pH?

What exactly are you using for soil, anyway?

I really strongly suspect that you may be running too low. The stunting screams low pH to me, made much worse with the excess moisture.
