Evertking - AI vs BG, ease of growing is a tie, I never have problems with either. The AI clones way easier and seems to be a bit chunkier, and I would guess will yield a little more - don't really grow for yield though, so its hard for me to say. I can take pics of them side by side tonight when the lights come on. When I pick a pheno for a keeper, taste and potency edge out yield in my process.

Both of them (BG & AI) have a great body high and sedative qualities, but for tops I choose the AI again - the cotton candyish flavor of the BG gets old pretty quick for me, I prefer the hashy kieflike flavor of the AI. The BG is a better functional bud, more up and cerebral - perhaps more sativa in its lineage? The AI I don't like to smoke before noon, burns me out and then its naptime. If you are making hash or cash cropping, the BG is awesome - bag appeal and smell are more "attractive" to most than the stanky AI - you can see how far out the trim leaves the trichs go, so the hash yield is great from BG.

I'm excited about trying the Flodica myself, I have heard a lot about DJ's strains, but the blueberry I tried, well.. lets just say it didn't deserve all the hype I read about it - plus the prices are fairly outrageous, I think Flodica goes for $200-ish for 10 seeds or something stupid like that! I hope it lives up to its billing, but honestly, can it be 10x better than my $15 AI seeds? Or twice as good as the ~$100 BG? It's a clone from a proven mom, so at least I don't have to worry about sorting a pheno..

From the pics the left is the AI, middle is BG, and right is flodica.. In the group shot, BG is to the far left, and flodica to the far right, 2 AI's in the middle. The AIs are in a bit larger pot, but the BG is in a 2.5 gallon, should be adequate for its size. I ran out of trashcans lol

WeedHound - I hope you have the same luck in phenos with your AI as I did! I know a lot of people seem to bash on nirvana cause of price, but even putting price aside, they are one of the better all-around strains I've grown out. Kinda like the C6 Corvette Z06 of the bud world, it destroys a lot of much higher priced and fancier hardware... I'll be watching your posts so treat them well and LMK if I can help with anything!

The AI has a lot knottier, chunky structure/ knotty bud pattern, where the BG and flo are both longer, skinnier pointed-type buds. Sativa heritage? The Flo is much more compact then both of them, not as much branching.

Gonna wait it out a few more days, but the axe is being sharpened...
